Our Phoenix Skilled Office is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Skilled Nursing team in either pediatric and geriatric private duty roles. We believe our clients and their families deserve the highest quality care- delivered with compassion, excellence, and reliability .

Meet Our Client:

Our non-ambulatory adult client requires care throughout the week. His diagnoses include autism, epilepsy, and Niemann-Pick disease (Type C) . The care plan includes monitoring and assessment, medication administration, and assistance with eating.

Compensation and Schedule:

Day shifts available: Weekday and Sat/Sun Shifts from 9AM-5PM. (Schedule flexibility may be available. Weekends are priority)

Starting pay: $30-31 per hour (client-specific)

What makes private duty nursing different than home health visits?

Traditional shifts (4's, 8's, 10's or 12's)

Hands-on care with only one client per day

Building client relationships and watching their milestones

Qualifications for a private duty LPN:

Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma

A current nursing license in good standing in the state of Arizona

One year of experience working as a Licensed Practical Nurse
